Since 2010 we work in architecture design, focusing on residential refurbishment and renovation work. As a small, but experienced and resourceful studio, we take advantage of established partnerships with building services professionals to exert a tight control throughout all the design and construction process.

Being aware of the importance of cost control to our clients, we strive to adopt work tools and methods that combined with our experience in the field allow us to antecipate and correct the frequent budget distortions that arise in the transition between design and construction work.

Working with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software we are able to obtain a reliable early representation of the site's existing conditions and anticipate the implications of the design intentions. Later we export all the data into the project coordination stage, being able to combine it in real time to improve the design flow.
